In 2025 following a chance meeting at a community event, Molly Mae Ballooning partnered with Brotherhood Mens Groups CIC to assist them in raising awareness of their fantastic cause. As well as this we are helping to raise essential funds to help the Brotherhood grow.
What is Brotherhood Mens Groups CIC?

Brotherhood Men’s Groups is a community-led organisation that provides free weekly peer-support groups for men aged 18 and over. Founded to address issues such as loneliness, mental health struggles, and the lack of safe spaces for men to talk openly, the group encourages honest conversation, connection, and mutual support. The organisation was created on the belief that many men face challenges in silence and can benefit greatly from being part of a supportive community where they feel heard, respected, and understood.

Based in Northamptonshire, Brotherhood Men’s Groups has grown from a small local initiative into a network of support groups operating across North Northamptonshire, with additional hubs continuing to open as demand increases. Meetings are held weekly and are free to attend, making support accessible to men from all walks of life. The organisation is run as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and relies on facilitators and volunteers to create a welcoming, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.

Unlike counselling or formal therapy services, Brotherhood Men’s Groups is built around peer support and shared experience. Men are encouraged to speak openly about whatever is affecting them, whether that relates to mental health, relationships, family life, work pressures, grief, trauma, or personal challenges. The groups aim to reduce isolation, build meaningful friendships, and foster a sense of belonging and brotherhood, helping men realise that they do not have to face life's difficulties alone. Through regular meetings and genuine connection, the organisation seeks to improve wellbeing and create stronger, more resilient communities.
