1. Who We Are
Molly Mae Ballooning LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates mollymaeballooning.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Based in Northampton, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom

We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What We Collect
This website does not sell anything, take payments, or run user accounts. The only personal data we collect through it is what you choose to send us using the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it, this field is optional
- The subject of your enquiry
- Whatever you write in the message box
When your enquiry is emailed to us, our contact form also records the date and time of the submission and the IP address it was sent from. This is included to help us identify and deal with spam and abuse.
We do not collect billing or payment details through this website, we do not operate an online booking system, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers that profile you.
3. Why We Collect It, and Our Lawful Basis
We use the information you send us to:
- Read and reply to your enquiry
- Discuss, quote for and deliver any services you ask us about
- Keep a record of what was agreed
- Protect the website and our inbox from spam and abuse
- Comply with our legal obligations
Our lawful bases are consent (you tick a box before sending the form, and you can withdraw it at any time) and legitimate interests, namely responding to enquiries about our services, keeping proper business records, and preventing misuse of our website.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
4. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers that make the website and our email work:
- Zoho Corporation, delivers and stores our email. Enquiries sent through the contact form are transmitted and held in a Zoho Mail mailbox hosted in the European Union.
- Google, we use reCAPTCHA on the contact form to tell real visitors from automated spam. Google receives information about your interaction with the page for this purpose. See section 5 below.
- Rocheport Services, hosts this website and processes the contact form on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
5. Cookies & reCAPTCHA
This website uses very few cookies, and none for advertising.
- Your cookie choice. When you accept or reject the notice on this site, we store that single preference in your browser so we do not ask again. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Google reCAPTCHA. The contact page loads Google reCAPTCHA, which sets its own cookies and analyses browsing behaviour to decide whether you are a genuine visitor. This is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA only loads on the contact page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the contact form may not work correctly if reCAPTCHA is blocked.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and anything that follows from it.
In practice, enquiries that do not lead to work are normally deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry does lead to work, we keep the related records for six years after the end of that work, in line with normal business and tax record keeping. We delete or anonymise personal data once it is no longer needed.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to us using it
- Ask us to transfer it to someone else
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office
To exercise any of these, email info@mollymaeballooning.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
