This website is an information and enquiry site. It does not sell anything, take payments, or complete bookings online.
2. Our Services
Molly Mae Ballooning LTD provides hot air balloon based services in the United Kingdom, including:
- Bespoke aerial and experiential marketing programmes
- Banner advertising on our own balloon, G-CIUB
- Hire of balloon equipment for events, weddings, educational visits and similar occasions
- Attendance at community events, festivals and charity activities
All ballooning activity is weather dependent and is carried out in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority requirements.
3. Passenger Flights
We do not sell passenger flights through this website. Passenger flights are offered by our partner, Vista Balloon Flights, which is a separate and independent company.
If you book a flight with Vista Balloon Flights, your contract is with them, and their own terms, conditions, cancellation policy and refund policy apply. Molly Mae Ballooning LTD is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for it. Please read their terms before booking.
4. Enquiries & Agreements
Enquiries made through our contact form are not bookings and do not create a contract. They are an invitation for us to get in touch and discuss what you need.
Where we agree to provide services, the specific terms (including scope, dates, fees, payment schedule and cancellation arrangements) will be set out in a separate written quotation or agreement between us. Those terms take precedence over anything on this page if the two differ.
Prices shown on this website are indicative, are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and may change. They do not constitute an offer.
5. Weather & Cancellation
Ballooning is weather dependent. We may need to cancel, postpone or alter a flight, tether or appearance at short notice for reasons of safety, weather, airspace restrictions, or technical issues with the equipment. Safety decisions rest with the pilot in command and are final.
Where an activity cannot go ahead, we will work with you to reschedule it or to provide an agreed alternative, such as a static display or photo opportunity. Any refund or rescheduling arrangement will be governed by the written agreement covering that work.
6. Liability
We maintain public liability insurance for our ballooning operations, and our aircraft are insured and maintained in accordance with the applicable regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molly Mae Ballooning LTD is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in ballooning activities, except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
The content of this website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and we are not liable for any decision taken solely in reliance on it.
7. Use of This Website
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false, abusive or fraudulent information through our contact form. We reserve the right to withdraw access where these Terms are breached.

Some images are clearly labelled as artist’s impressions. These illustrate how branding could appear on a balloon and do not depict an existing customer, sponsor or completed campaign.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
